Croydon Medical Centre has been in the Croydon area since 2011 with a dedicated team of general practitioners and staff.

We are committed to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients by delivering ethical, consistent, timely and comprehensive medical care, encompassing family medicine, emergency care and preventative health strategies. We cater for all communities in the area, including the Aboriginal Community and LGBTQI+ Community.

If you are a new paitent, please call reception to make an initial appointment. When advised, click on the link below to fill out our new patient registration form.

Billing + Fees

We will become a mixed-billing practice in March.

Depending on your appointment type/length and any extras involved with your consultation, fees may vary.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak to your doctor at the beginning of your consultation.

Telehealth

If you would like a telehealth consultation,
please call reception and we can make sure the
required Medicare criteria is met before
scheduling your appointment.
This will help avoid any confusion and possible non-rebatable appointments as Medicare has changed the criteria for telehealth billing.
